I was considering a smarty jr; I was wondering what type of displays and vitals you can monitor with it.

I don't have one yet... but it is a downloader so you don't have a physical unit with gauge displays like an Edge. It will read codes though. You'll need to get additional gauges to monitor the vitals.

You don't need gauges per se. The Jr will not melt things. It is a good idea to have at minimum a boost and pyrometer.
