Ok I bought the new 6. 7, I had a 04 5. 9 with the Jr and it did not leave a footprint. I willing to become my own warranty. Now the new Jr is out for the 010's and I just want better fuel mileage. Dose it The Jr leave a footprint ? and will it improve the fuel mileage ?

Yes the Smarty's will leave a footprint of some type on the 6. 7L that is detectable by the dealer. Bob Wagner is the one to ask about milage increases. I'm waiting for them to come out for the 2011's.

The footprint appears to be the number of regens the computer calls for. Supposedly, a good tech can "discern" that the number is not correct for the miles run.
