Is this the older version that is can accept updated software/tunes? Pre EPA / no "US" in the number and can take an ME tune? If so, I'm interested.

I'm not sure, but I will check it out tomorrow. I've had it about 7 years if that helps.

Great, thanks. The newer ones won't accept the ME (Mid-East) tunes, so they are set up to prevent any ability to program a delete tune.. I would like to have that option, as the truck is aging and a DPF is about $2K, if it required replacement at some point, it will be hard to justify that cost for sure. Yours was also used on a 5.9, I think I can still load a 6.7 tune on that same device, and will need to verify as well, but from what I'm reading, I think it can.
