Smarty Junior dowload probs

I am getting error in erasing memory message while trying to update my Jr. WTF?

Any ideas?

I have e-mailed BOB Wagner on this with no reply @ his msn account [going to try to pm]. I did buy 2 jr's from him so a reply would be a start and my work location means I can not call during business hrs.

Sorry for the delay. You need to download a newer version of the smarty usb. exe download program. I did forward your pm to Marco too.

Finally got the update done after many unsuccessful attempts. Kept getting error while erasing, unable to connect and sometimes it would download down to the 7 minute mark and give some other error message.

In the end every time i walked by my laptop I would just simply hit send again. Never changed a thing and after about 8 tries like this it took the full download.
