Which is better for Power?

What do you do with the truck? The Smarty is definately more powerful on low rpm torque, but the edge comp will stomp it up high rpm. Stacking them together makes a great combo... ... . smooth power from idle to peak.

Well said... ..... thats what I would do.

lukesdiesel,

Smarty would be the first mod after gauges (which I see you already have). The second power adding box would be TST which differs from Edge in that Smarty can control the timing and has a much broader range to work with because it does so from the ECM. Marco himself stated it is best to let Smarty control timing.

Smarty+TST= YYIIPPEE!!

Godspeed,

Trent

I will be getting my smarty soon and have also been told it works well with a comp. I like the comp myself b/c it gives you control over low boost smoke which you will need with the smarty :-laf

X2 Oo.

I have basicly an edge ez(bullydog) that i never turn on because the smarty timing is so much smoother. Never stacked smarty with edge comp but tst\smarty is strong from the get go to about 3400 rpm. I'm afraid to push it past that, internals might start letting go
