Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Smarty Question

I just got my Smarty loaded and I tink I might be a little confused. The info with Smarty said that it works as a boost fooler. I set it on level 9 and my boost is the same as it was stock. I was expecting to see higher than 21 psi. On level 9 it can really smoke but boost is still 21. How do I increase this the boost?

you will need a boost elbow for your turbo wastegate

Go to the thread ((Smarty CR software updates)) more help there from Bob and other smarty group and team. Great luck with your Smarty it's like GOLD Oo.
