I recieved my smarty to demo the other day, thanks Bob. I haven't had much time to mess around with it though. But I have run it on level 8 and 9 with the edge on and off. There are a couple of things that are strange. With my set up level 4 and 5 on the juice with the smarty on 8 there is not much of an improvement at all. It actually feels like it is losing power. Level 3 seems the best overall. Level six feels wrong, it will completly bog the motor and then all of the sudden come on so strong it sounds like I am using nitrous, and then bog again. The power just comes and goes. My quess is that I have way too much fuel for my poor little turbo. What settings are you guys running with similiar set ups as mine.

The other thing that happened the other day is that scared the hell out of me is that I pulled out onto the highway smarty level 9, edge level 2 and gave it about 1/4 throttle and boom, tons of black smoke and no power. I thought I blew something major. It turned out to be an IC boot. Is this common? I know I should not running double timing but it felt good and sounded fine. I felt with both of the boxes adding timing it was stronger on the top end.

How much timing does the smarty add and how much timing does the edge add?

Overall the smarty is very impressive and I will be saving for one. On wet roads you have to be careful at any speed, and I thought the edge smokes alot. :)

Any suggestions would be great on levels to run both boxes on for the best performance.

I find the best deal with the Edge Comp (and mine is stacked with a TST Comp) and Smarty is this, Keep Smarty on level Four, and Edge on level 3 to five, try that. My Edge is timing only. However it all acts different depending on the other factors such as Turbo, injectors etc.
