I've been running Level 1 (30hp) with stock rail pressure and stock torque management alng with my 80hp injectors and other mods in sig with no ill effects on the TC or transmission that I can tell/feel. transmission temps are good... 140-155F towing on flats and up to 165-170F towing up hills in 95F ambients.



I've seen an increase in fuel mileage of approx 0. 5mpg and EGT reduced by 100 to 150F while towing the 5er.



I loaded up Level 1 (30hp) with the default rail pressure (mild) and the default torque management (mild) today just to see if the fuel mileage will increase further due to the better atomization with the slightly increase rail pressure.



Anyone have any comments / cautions with my stock transmission? Will the default torque management (mild) hurt the transmission?



I totally baby the thing... I'm headed out to Cape Kiwanda tomorrow afternoon for a 3 1/2 day weekend...

Shouldn't be a problem at all, just no full throttle stomps while rolling. But you said it will be babied which is why it won't be a problem.
