smarty s-05a anyone running or ran this??

I have never driven a modded truck before so I don't know, is this the best program for me to be running with my combo?? I am looking for mostly better fuel mileage and a little extra power is a nice bonus, it does smoke pretty good in the lower rpms, and hitting 1400 isn't a problem on setting 3, just looking for opinions on this particular program.
