Which would you choose...5w40 oil?

Can anyone tell me when Smarty will be available for the 6. 7L engines? I thought I had seen it on a post before, but couldn't find it tonight.
 
Buyer's do your research - Mads Electronics customer service sucks (in my opinion).

Not trying to start an argument or anything, but i don't think you'll hear too many people saying MAD's customer service sucks... .



You obviously do not own a Second Gen truck. There are many issues with the second gen and they are NOT being addressed--just empty promises of 'We are working on it. ' from Bob :rolleyes: , but nary a peep from Marco. Months go by and it's still the same sound--crickets.

To clarify, Bob Wagner is not the problem--it is Marco and his lack of communication with Bob and the rest of us that is the problem. The problem is also Marco's lack of interest in fixing the issues with the Smarty and providing the required updates. He seems to have no problem working on the third gens, 6. 7, and Smarty junior, but why is it he cannot find the time to fix issues that are over 2 years old with the original product that put him on the map in the first place?



IMHO, MAD's customer service sucks. :(

Not getting in an argument match over this like i said before... Maybe there Customer service does suck for the 2nd gen guys... . But if you took time and read the title he is not asking about a 2nd gen... . As far as 3rd gen stuff goes they have excellent customer service. .

Sorry guys. I was wanting to know when to expect the S-67 to be available to the public. I thought I had seen it before, but can't seem to find a date.

I didn't mention Bob's name. I mentioned the company name.

In trying to be fair, from both Bob Wagner & Bob4x4 I have learned a lot and appreciate their genuine help from the past. But when it comes to products, etc, we have to say it like we see it, or it doesn't help anyone. It's all debatable here in the forums anyways.

I just don't care for the way us 2nd genners were left by the wayside when it comes to Smarty and have to wonder where their (Mad's) priorities are.
