Smarty S-06 tuner setting

Hello guys. I have a 96 12v with some mods. I just bought a 07 5.9 24 valve 4x4 auto with 67,858 miles on it thats basically stock except for a Banks cat back exhaust, cold air intake and a ATS Arc flow intake. I bought it from my buddy who bought it new. He gave me a new Smarty S-06 tuner that he never used. My question is what the best setting everyone is using. I was thinking of SW2 or SW3. Its my daily driver and tow with every now and then. Just looking for a little more power and mpg.

I would make sure the S-06 has the most current update before installing it.

I would then run it on SW3, Rail Pressure 1, Timing 2, Torque 1, Wastegate On, PoD 90.

If you drive with a soft foot you could use the same settings on SW5, but that's the highest I'd go on a stock trans and without gauges.

Well finally got my tuner updated and put on sw3. I can tell the difference. I will see what my mpg is i was getting 15.5 stock so we will see
