Mad's SMARTY S06 for 2003-2007 5. 9. It has been used twice, once when I installed the software, and once when I unloaded it, it is as new, they sell for about $650. , make me an offer, I will guarentee it will work as a new one,

I don't know, it says Revised 1-13-09, I thought you can download updates if there are any, I installed it 18 months ago on level 3 and forgot about it, the manual on the cover says Rev 4. 01A if that helps

Please just make sure when you ship it the display shows. SMARTY and not #SMARTY#

the # signs mean its locked to your truck.
