It sets a P0602 (ECM fueling calibration error,normal with nonstock software) and a p1693 (DTC detected in companion JTEC module).

those are normal codes to have due to you having an edge comp and smarty. anytime a code is present in the ecm it will show up in pcm. Those two will always be there.
 
Never had the Smarty set a code due to ambient temperature.



At first my Smarty would set the CEL due to p0602. That was due to my truck having California Emissions ECM software. I sent it back to Bob W and I assume he re-programmed it to fix that problem.

Bob would have to speak up, but I think we all get 602 the info is posted in the smarty thread.
