Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Smarty settings

Ok, so I have added 60hp bosch injectors and a smarty. With the comp box on 5x5 and the smarty on 8, the truck seems to have all kinds of immediate response but no top end and no pulling through third, fourth and overdrive. With the smarty on 2 or 4 and the comp on 5x5, third through overdrive locks up and pulls like crazy. What settings are you guys running for best results? Drag racing results, dyno results or streetability results? How much hp should I be capable of with my setup?

smarty basically advances accelerator input so when pedal is 1/2 ecm thinks its at 2/3 so it pulls harder earlier. problem is if you reach 100% at 3/4 pedal the rest of the way is nothing. seems like you already have your answer anyway. I'm gonna say 420 RWHP. should run low 14s in the 1/4mi.
