Wow is all I can say, I have only tried the 30hp setting and this thing will walk all over my volumizer on the 60hp setting maybe give the 100hp setting a run for its money, throttle response is insane but very controllable you definitely have to change your driving style.



Smoke is only initially when you stab the throttle then clears out and watch out freight train is a comming. We also installed one in an 05 and downloaded the 170hp program let me tell you no way you can drive it on the street, its fun but the smoke is crazy almost 12 valve like.



Will have more info soon on mileage I will be towing a big boat from havasu to so cal next month, curious how it does.



Marco, congrats on a great product thats going to change the industry, I say this because all of the other companies now have to catch up to this thing-good luck-. Bob Wagner I'll get back with you on monday with the measurements for the overflow cap.

yeah, I agree 100%. makes the TST MP 8 look like do doo. the 30 hp programs blows it out of the water

Ive always thought that my 05 diesel was just a little sluggish until the turbo kicks in. and with the old setup I was running "Bullydog downloader on performance 90 HP and TST on 4/4" This setup really helped my low end and I was thinking that this was the best all around setup .



Well I got educated quick , last night.





Took out the bullydog downloader, installed the smarty 30 HP, and I will have to agree the Smarty equals Smiley.



I had no Idea a Cummins could RPM this quick and make power off of the motor before the turbo even comes to life.



You know there are a lot of products out there that claim big power and torque and what the end user really ends up with is paying large sums of cash for the advertisement and little to the actual cost of the finished product.



I would like to say thanks to two companies that know there stuff and that is



TST Products and all there staff. and Marco and Bob with Smarty. These products deliver what they say and make driving more fun!

I left this out , my setup for daily driving now is : Smarty 30HP with timing and TST 2/2 w/o timing (tst timing off).





So far..... AWESOME!!!

YES!!! My Egt's would always hover around 1100 under hard accelleration. (38" tires didn't help), it was hard to get above 1000 tonight. Thanks Bob and Marco for a first class high quality product.

Jake,I should have had a camera to save that smile for posting here. The take off out of the hole is unbeleiveable. I would not have beleived it possible after driving many combinations on the common rail trucks. I did a bit of playing with a 325 also and the bottom end launch is as hard as my very high torque 12 valve.



I have to think using this on a regular basis will increase the transmission business. Some like Jake with great self control to run on 30 hp will have much longer life. Great product Marco,and thanks to Bob Wagner for hooking us up.

The ECM monitors many bits of history data,some of these are available via the drb. these are some of the things used to detect a downloader has been used. The Smarty is smart enough to not show
