Smarty & TCC lockup

Is it possible for a programmer, like Smarty, to rewrite the TCC lockup settings? For example, to keep the converter locked once the driver's foot is off the throttle, like on the 06s, to aid in exhaust braking.



This would be a nice addition to an already great product.
