Is it worth it to upgrade to the TNT software? I guess i'm asking if the power is a substantial increse over SW 9? Is anyone running the TNT software on a close to stock truck? I have a fuel system and clutch to support it, is that enough? Thanks for your time.

I think you'll notice the difference right off the bat. Note I smoked my DD3250 with the Revo Smarty and TST. So be careful. Note: you can go back and forth from the current REVO and Current TNT.

Thanks for the reply. You have me worried about the clutch now. I was told it will handle 650 horsepower. I don't think iam anywhere near that with my current mods. What hp level were you at when you smoked the clutvh?

Sorry to be off topic... :-laf

I am in the same boat with my DD3250 and can slip it at will at Smarty TNT 5 and above.

How is the 3600 in your signature working out for you? Is it the diaphragm or lever type style? Did you replace the whole clutch or just the internals? How is the pedal pressure versus the 3250?

I went from a 3850 lever style to the 3250 diaphragm style after one of the levers broke. The 3850 held everything except city driving.

I smoked it before the turbo and injectors. Not sure what my hp was at before those mods, but I am now at 544hp and +1200 ft/lbs. She was smoked in 4 wheel drive in the sand. :-laf

The 3600 is the new quiet version, my 3250 was the old noisy version. I replaced the whole clutch and sold my 3250 to a buddy who had it rebuilt by Peter. That clutch is still running strong in his truck.

I was able to drive the 3250 without the hydro upgrade, but opted to put it in with the 3600 install. The pedal pressure on my 3600 is very stiff. Everyone that drives it, can't imagine that I deal with it on a daily basis. To me, I am used to it. I did drive a friends truck with the 3600 on the G56 transmission and his pedal pressure was like butter. Not sure what is wrong with mine or if it is supposed to be like that.
