Smarty touch problem (screen calibration)

I have had to recalibrate my smarty touch screen a few times over the years, but today I went to change my program (UDC) but the calibration is so off I am unable to program it and am also unable to recalibrate the screen - am unable to select the down arrows to get to the menu selection! Anyone know of a fix or something I can do to get to the calibration screen? Thanks.

I contact MADS and am sending it in to them to have the screen replaced. Hopefully that fixes it.
