Smarty won't connect

I downloaded the ME tuning into my S67 smarty and did all the exhaust mods and the under hood requirements on the 08 6. 7 before trying the Smarty. When I plugged in the Smarty I get: Error - unknown software. The mfg date of the truck is 02-07. Anybody experience this?

Best thing is to call Bob. Could be an error in the Smarty's programming. He may be able to talk you through it on the phone.

Chrysler released a new software upgrade and MADS Electronics should have the new software posted up soon.
