Competition Smarty....???

I have a banks six gun w/ power pda on a 04 with an automatic. It does o k but im told i would be much happier with a smarty . I have no idea what a smarty is or does. I would like some info on them and where is the best place to search for one. Also i hear the smoke is like no other [ which will be more than welcome ].
