Smarty?

Can my smarty be used on my Dad's 07 Cummins to program high idle only, and will I still be able to use it for my programming or is this feature(high idle) only VIN specific?

If you have a S-06 you should be able to. Return your truck to stock, load any number into his, return his to stock and it should be there.

The Smarty will not turn on the high idle feature. (but some other programmers have that capability) That can be done however with a flash at the dealership.

Smarty does enable high idle feature-Worked like a charm on my 05.

Well crap. Mine doesn't even show that option. I have the s-06 also. I had to pay the dealer $75. #@$%!

I have an 06 with a 6 speed. Does anybody know if you can enable the high idle feature on a manual using a Smarty JR. If so, how? My JR doesn't seem to offer the option. Thanks. Jeff

My Jr just runs fast idle when it is cold. There is no option, I guess it just does it.

Mine will run high idle when it's cold also. I was wondering if you can set the fast idle using the cruise control with the

Smarty JR.
