Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Smoked a Ford!!!!!

Well, it finally happened. While on the way back from dropping off my taxes the wife and I pull up behind a powerstroke and WOW did he have a huge pipe sticking out the back of his rig. I have seen the truck around a few times and know it has the guages, chips etc. and have heard its really spiced up because the shop that did my mods did his. Plus his farther-in-law (who owns this company powerstroke) off road races so you know its probably bad to the bone. Well to make a long story short, I decided to test my little 160hp CTD, so I pulled out to pass and he kicked it trying not to let me around. Well I went around him pretty easy, then slowed a bit to let him catch up. He got really close to me and stayed right on my bumper until we hit a 1 mile straight away. He then got the run on me and tried coming around, got right to my door by the time my ole girl spooled up, and pooof I was leaving him in the smoke again. Well the last time he tried coming around me I didn't see that he was trying to pass until the wife says here he comes, by this time he had a really good jump on me and even pulled 2 lengths ahead before I could get her going good, but when I did I shot by him like he was setting still. I made it up to 121mph and was only at 2700 rmp. Well he was a good sport, we stopped and chatted after our race. The first thing out of my mouth was can't believe you let my little 160hp bust that furd's butt. He was amazed how my truck ran especially after I told him it was a 1994 and had only put in a fuel plate and Gov. spring kit. He really couldnt get over the fact I got him on top end. Can't wait to race another one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
