Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Smokeing still

I received my inter cooler yesterday. (Thanks Cooker). It is a 24 v cooler. After install my smoke is much better. I did a pressure test and I still have a small leak at the horn. But is is very small. My waste gate seems to be wrong. My boost is down. I am thinking that may be over the past few weeks it vibrated in. There is no lock nut on it. So for testing I pinched off the line to the gate. 45 psi is about it. Up till about 35 psi and 75% pedal it is really clean. After that still heave black smoke. Am I just to heavy on the fuel for a hx40?

... you're right. You need a larger turbo for MORE AIR.
