Anyone running a Snow's stage 3 kit with a TST PMCR R49AP with adjustable timing? I was wondering what timing setting was being used and rail pressure and which Snow's nozzle size? I'm about to install my kit and trying to read and research this as much as possible, as to add power and stay safe.
 
it depends on what you are injecting. if it is just straight water, then leave your timing where it is.

if you are injecting windshield washing fluid (roughly 20% meth) then I would retard your timing a few degrees)

I would go with a little bit of pressure if I were you

So I take it the water/meth is like NOS retard the timing some for higher amounts that you spray? I was planning on 30/70 mix and buying some of there boost juice mix at 49 meth/51 H2O, would you retard heavy on the 49/51 mix?
 
yes, meth is like N20, it is another fuel that can be burned in the combustion chamber. I would retard the timing just like you would with meth.

are you going for power or cooling with your setup?
 
actually I was trying for both. Can you spray just water with this snow set up? Do you have to change jet sizes? Aprox. how much timing to retard if you ran their boost juice, its 49% meth/51% water, or not run that much methanol? The TST can do increments of 3 deg. on adjustability, I never go higher than 12 total which is what their standard box without gauges uses. I go as low as 6 deg. for better mileage.
 
yes, you can spray straight water with the setup, and you can leave the regular nozzles on, no worries.

I dont know how far you should adjust the timing, sorry
