Bought a 97 reg cab 4x4 auto. I'm putting in 370 injectors, 4000 GSK, 0 plate, Peirs delivery valves, ats manifold, DD Jammer turbo, and a full DTT trans. 354 gears and 305/70/16. Truck should be ready to run in a few weeks, all parts are ordered and chris is gonna do my trany. :D Oo.
 
What's a "DD Jammer turbo"? Equivalent to? CFM?

If it's anything like what I'm running, and you add a L/U, launch at 20 in 4WD, and manage to keep traction, your regular cab gives you a weight advantage over me, so I'm guessing you'll be just a bit slower than me, coming in at 12. 9's... :p :D

W/O L/U, low 13's...

The Diesel Dynamics Jammer turbo is like a HX40, just better. Kieth said it was good for about 500 rwhp on my 03, so it should work alright on the 97. If it doesn't work very well then I just sell the whole 03 kit. But if I do like it then I'll just sell the 03 down pipe, intercooler pipe and turbo to air cleaner pipe.



My goal with this truck for now is 12. 9, but I will still be happy with low 13s, as long as I hit 100 mph in the 1/4. Now I just need to know what a L/U is. :D

I'm pretty sure that by L/U Rhonda was meaning lock-up (as in converter).



I have no predictions on your times, because i don't know much of anything about 12v's, but i'm trying to learn as fast as i can. Hoping to have one in the near future.

I plan on putting in a lock up switch for dynoing, but I hadn't planned on using it at the strip, sounds like it'd be real hard on parts. I'm getting billet input and output shafts on the trany and the upgraded 3rd gear clutch, DTT. :D :D :D
