I resonantly put new brake pads all around and e brake pads flushed the brake fluid and checked everything to insure proper wear.

I have a dead spot or very soft spot on quick stops.

checked the search forums and found related problems but no real fix it ideas came up.

when the truck is ruining i can push the pedal to the floor almost most times it is the second time that you really feel it or don't

when not running the pedal will pump up and get hard.

ever day driving the brakes feel fine it is just thous hard stops that make me nerves. no visible leaks no grinding

What should i look for or check the brakes where better before the change of pads and there was not much them left.

if your pedal goes to floor slowly while you are stopped and you are not losing fluid, then you probably need to replace the master cylinder. the o-rings inside are probably wore. if you are losing fluid then you have leak somewhere.
