2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Soft Brakes after sitting

My 96' 2500 4wd 164,000, has been sitting for about 2 months. Now snow is coming in Vermont, time to start using it again. Started right up, applied the brakes but the pedal goes slowly to the floor. Master cylinder is low. No detectable leaks anywhere. I tried pumping the brakes no difference. 42k on rear brakes, 10k on front brakes. Any thoughts?
