2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission soggy rear window

I have the factory rear window on my '99 QC(Sliding). And the upper passenger side leaks all over the rear seat. I'm only familiar with the rubber gasket held rear windows of the '70's. Is this window glued in, or can a seal be replaced to prevent this from continuing?

Make sure it isn't leaking around the roof mounted brake light.
