Sold the 1st gen bought a 3rd.

Well I couldn't stand it. The smoother, quieter, more comfortable 3rd gen lured me from my old 1990. I will miss the old girl but I am enjoying the 2003.

What ya get out of the old 90?

Smokey 01 - I was lured away back in 2001 by a Gen 2 quad cab 4X4 and it was nice. I traded in my tried and true 92 W250 reg cab and never looked back until about a year ago.

The Gen 2 was a pleasure to drive and the 2003 1 ton SRW quad cab with the HO and 6 speed I bought in 2003 was even nicer. :--)

One day I was looking under the hood of my Gen3 and I thought there are just too many electronic whizz bangs in here.

Anyway, I am back to a 93 W250 reg cab and loving everything but the auto trans. Oo.
