I keep reading about the 3rd gen bracket and track bar, but I only find the bracket and steering stabilizer on the web site... ... . where is the track bar. Do they sell an adjustable and non-adjustable track bar but not have them on the web site??????

There are two sites Windecker Machine Ltd. Home Page and Solid Steel. biz, sound like you were at . ca, try . biz for adjustable trackbar and normal trackbar. There was a parting of the ways, and we will not go into who's DW went with whom.

But I second on ordering it from RIP, you will most likely get it sooner that way, and will not have to deal with shipping issues from Canada.

Don't know anything about RIP per se, but second the not having to deal with shipping from CA. Royal Canadian PitA.

As for the track bar itself, unless you want an adjustable, you can get an actual factory Dodge 3G off a parts website cheaper than from the dealer. I got my bracket and DSS from a local distributor near Cincy. That was on my 99 gas 1500.

Which truck are you putting it on ?
I got all of Solid Steels stuff , stab. , adj track & kit , on the 94 it has a smaller hole for the frame mount ball joint replacement bolt , needs to be drilled out to 5/8 " , I have been thinking about a way to mount kit with a smaller tapered bolt , to leave stock .
If I had it to do again I may go els wear because I've seen other similar stuff cheaper , but with out seeing everything inhand , do not know if any quality between .

There is some contention that Windecker does a better job of making them to fit properly on different model years, and that may very well be the case, as my DSS didn't fit completely flush to the frame, and I believe it came from the . biz site.

I just put a larger fender washer between the frame bracket and the aftermarket bracket from the original . biz site about four years ago and it has worked just fine. I did very little gridding on the frame bracket. SNOKING

Mine installed - no grinding, just had to open a bolt hole a little with a drill so the bolt would go thru. Other than that straight up from the instructions. I went with the adjustable 3rd gen track bar as I have the leveling kit and wanted to center the front wheels, not to mention wearing out the 4th Moog track bar in less than 70k miles.
