Sonora, CA sled pulls July 12th & 13th

Sonora, CA--weigh in on the the 12th before 5:00pm for the prelims and the finals will be Friday the 13th----Chris

Results are in---track length was 200 feet



my6eatsV8's won the 6500lb street modified class with a 144' pull



I won the OMG(oh my god) class with a 157' pull--



best news was no breakage in the auto transmission dept for either of us---chris

Just smiling... I'm entering my first pull in about 3 weeks. Have to get the BD step 4s and the Powershot in first. Congrats on both the wins and the healthy trucks. May I ask what you guys are hitting on EGTs while pulling?

when I pulled in Half Moon Bay I hit 1733, in Hilmar I broke before I even got started so no info there and in Sonora I was over 1550, but I never checked to see how high it actually went--anyway just hammer it; we don't worry about the temps as it's only for a short burst and so far nothing adverse has happened concerning the temps whether you're pulling or drag racing--pull on... ... chris
