I even tried to talk the wife into going to see her sister in Columbus, OH ... just too much work to do. I was gonna hit Sierra Bullets, Swampworks, and Arms and ammo on the way back, too Oo... ... just ain't gonna happen this year!!:{

Good luck with that!!! Hey, wait... . why don't you do that... . you guys love Cummins, right? I'll have someone on a combine, another on a Versatile, and probably another on a New Holland..... all Cummins powered!! But play nice, or it's time out in the Pete... with the Cat!! HA!!

Wife and I did the CMEP tour last fall. It would have been better if we had an engineer leading the tour, like I suspect you will, but it was excellent anyway. If you are an outdoorsman, you will appreciate the fact that you can see the surrounding woods from anywhere in the plant. You'll be like a kid in a candy store.

Heck yeah, it's worth it..... you come pick me up in the SuperCrew, and I'll pay the diesel up and back!! (Red colored fuel doesn't bother you does it?!? JKing! :-laf) I DO want to go next year. This year has just had me covered up. Hopefully, I'm gonna catch up in the next few weeks..... I told my wife I needed a vacation last night and she started choking... ... . I stared back at her, and she said,"I've NEVER heard you say that before!!!" I usually worry about what's broke here at home when I'm gone... . but my worry-'bout is 'bout worried out!!



Hey, and if you see any spare cranks, rods, pistons, seals, bearings, water pumps, turbos, bolts, washers, push rods, valves, heads, springs, ECMs or the like laying around, and they're trying to get rid of 'em, let me know... ... anything for just about anything Cummins... . I really could use some heads for a Big Cam at the end of the summer..... and a head for an LTA-10 could come in handy this winter..... and an injection pump for a Big Cam IV could come in REAL handy to fix a Pete I'm trying to trade for..... I might hurt myself, but I bet I can hand someone my beer and get that motor out of the dumpster by myself... ... well, if it's a B series, anyway... :-laf

As for the Warren tour, that is now complete. Just amazing to see a 4. 2 million sq/ft factory that is about 1 mile long building 900 trucks a day. Just amazing.
