Here's another possible source for hose for anyone that's looking:
Yesterday when I picked up my new HTB2 from High Tech Turbo Paul told me about a hose place in Salt Lake City called EVCO House of Hose. I ended up getting a 3-inch silicone hose cut to 8" length for $23! It's rated -65 to 350F with a 200 psi actual burst pressure.
Here's the website:

So then I looked at the hose and its brand name is Federal Hose. The Federal Hose website with online shopping and specification catalogs is:
http://www.federalhose.com/content.cfm?Type=Catalog&FPID=7&ShowAll=True
The counter guy at EVCO gave me the "silicone coolant hose". They had these hoses on rolls in their back warehouse and sell to the nearest inch.
