Source for Larsen Antenna Mount

Do any of you fellow Ram Hams know of a source for a Larsen TMB-34D antenna mount? This is the Larsen mount specifically for Dodge Rams. I've had zero success/cooperation from the ham radio dealers I've contacted to date. Unfortunately, Larsen requires a $100. mininum for a factory order. 73s N0MEU

I don't know if you are locked in to that particular brand (Larsen). If so, this won't help.

This is a product from Firestik made especially for Ram hood mounting.

Larsen is not a requirement, but I don't want to replace my dual band antenna too, so I need a 3/4" NMO mount... which rules out the Firestik. Associated Radio (www.associatedradio.com) says they should have the TMB-34D in 3 or 4 weeks. I haven't gotten a response from Michigan Radio yet.

I run a MFJ trunk/hatchback (mfj-345?) mount. I turned it upside down, and mounted it to the DS front corner of the bed. It clips on under the rail of the bed. I added 2 SS screws through the mount just to make it stronger. Never had any problems with it. I have a Diamond 2m (1000?). I notice I do have more range "going away" from the repeitor then when I am facing it with the antenna behind the cab like this.

I've got a TMB-34D coming from Associated Radio as soon as they receive their order. Hopefully, I'll have the Ram on the air in a couple of weeks.
