Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) source for non egr air horn

I just got another 97 and it is a California emissions truck. It ran pretty weak at first, but I found the air horn all sooted up. I cleaned it out, but I want to replace it with a non-egr horn. Anybody know where I can get a federal air horn and exhaust manifold pretty reasonable?

Ebay! There were a few stock 12V exhaust manny's last time I checked, not sure on the air horn though but try searching a little.
