Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Source for Oil Cooler element and seal

I posted a thread a while back about a possible head gasket leak on my 99 24 valve. Per a suggestion by Joe Donelly, I have diagnosed the problem to be a leaking oil cooler element and seal behind the oil filter. Does anyone know a part number and a source for this part?

Is it the element or just the seal? I suggest you try all the parts houses first even though it's a long shot. I would then try the dealer and then Cummins. In my experience Cummins is about the same as the dealer price-wise and they have alot of the stuff that the dealer can't or won't get for you.
