I have to say Peter at SBC is really a great guy. I bought a Con O clutch for my 2000 2500 ETC/DEE over a year ago, but never installed it. I got rid of my 2500 for a 2002 3500 ETH/DEE. As you may know, the clutch for a 2000 won't work on a 2002 truck.



Well, Peter let me send the Con O back for a Con OFe and just pay the difference. Where else do you get that kind of customer service?

I second that motion

A couple years ago I ordered a con ofe and I was at work when the ups dork dropped it off in the yard for the 2 german shepards to eat it, ya thats right the dogs had it scattered all over the yard, I paniced and made a post here that the dogs ate my clutch and before I knew it Peter from SBC posted back to send it in for a trade... ... ... ... ..... now thats service and beyond, but after close look at it the clutch was fine.



Peter and SBC are tops in my book too



Oh by the way Peter what can I do about that bark that my clutch has when I give er the onion

What more could you ask for - a company that makes clutches that WORK better than expected and the greatest customer service around. Peter doesn't just know customer service, he is the definition of it. Wish there were more like him.
