Excellent product and service ordered a rally clutch tuesday and it came the next day. Got the truck back today and the clutch is very smooth it doesn't chatter like the stock clutch did. My stock clutch was in good shape about 60% gone with 140,000 miles on it. The pilot bushing seized up on the input shaft so I had a new input shaft kit from South Bend Clutch put in as well. I figured since it was apart better to put in a new clutch.

I have the "rally" in my truck and I'm very impressed with it. I dynoed 317 hp and 667 tq with a #11 plate. Now I've got a #10 slid about 3/4" forward and it hasnt slipped yet! I guess Peter over builds his clutches a little. I'm moving up to a FE real soon to handle the extra power Jim Jessup is going to give to old P-pump;)

Now an "official SBC cheerleader"

Installed my 13" Con FE today... ... . well yesterday AND today  clutch install took forever as the transmission and input shaft were giving us anything but help. :-laf

Anyhow got the clutch in, along with my new PDR 370 injectors and its going to take some getting used to. Clutch pedal feel is almost effortless which is weird because the OEM unit I just took out had more feel than this and they are both LuK pressure plates.

Clutches seems to be seating very well right off the bat, has only slipped a couple of times and I do as the note included directed... . just ease out of it and then back into it.

Going to give it a couple of days to kinda get seated then I'm going to throw my #10 plate back in!

Man I can't wait!! Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo.

I put a "rally" in my truck. It took about 1,000 miles for it to wear in and become smooth. Still not smooth when backing up, but it's getting there. I was a bit taken aback, my new clutch disc was clearly marked "MADE IN CHINA".

But I do have to admit, for a 120,000 mile clutch the factory one looked darn good when I pulled it out. A guy at work has over 200,000 miles on his '94 and still has the factory clutch in there.

Just the friction disc was marked that way. Had a white ink stamp near the center hub. Block type font. All in all, the new clutch works great.

I wish I had known that I try not to buy anything made in China. There has to be a clutch that is all made in USA.

maybe it's just the one I got. kind of hard to know these days where your suppliers are getting their stuff from. Like I said before, the clutch works well and has more grip than the factory one. I've noticed that several of the parts I'm buying for my race car are made in China. Were made in Mexico before. Haven't been made in the States in some time.
