Diesel Performance of Utah will also offer discounts for package deals, consisting of installation of the famous Diesel Dynamics injectors, Edge Products fueling systems, Exhaust systems, Gauges, and Accessories. Most of these package deals and clutch up-grades can be done in ONE DAY.

A lot of our TDR members and readers concerns have been," now that I have purchased one of Peter's South Bend Clutches, where do I take it for proper install?" Well the problem in Utah and the surrounding areas is now solved. Ken says " if you can drive your truck to me , I'll sell you the right South Bend Clutch and guarantee proper installation. "

If we are, I can do nothing but praise the service department there. They treated me great:)

What brand of upgrades are offered for the auto's?

good guys

i purchased my south bend con ofe from ken at diesel performance. he is a real nice guy and is reasonable with his prices.

i had asked about the comp box as i was contemplating getting one. ken was nice enough to take me for a ride in, and offered to let me drive his rig with the dd2/comp combo. i was impressed. had enough trq to break loose the rear tires in 5th/nv4500/ while driveing on the hiway. now, i just gotta get me one. :D

ken made arrangememts with clay to do my clutch install for me. i pretty much decided on the con o but considered the ofe as i would be borderline with the con o with my propane on, and if i went to the comp it be pushing it for sure. after discusiing things with ken and clay i went for the ofe. i originally shied away from the ofe as i had feared chatter and no fine control while backing up to a trailer. also was afraid of heavier pedal pressure. this ofe has easier pressure than a stock clutch, no chatter, and is controlable. I AM IMPRESSED. cant wait till i break it in properly then i will plug my box back in and hook up to the trailer and give it a good test. ken gaurantees i will not be able to slip the ofe, even if i intentionally try to slip it. super

clay started the clutch r and r and was done in about 2 hours. this man is good. someone told me clay could do a clutch r and r blindfolded. i believe it . good work and his price for the r and r is reasonable. clay is a co owner of the place and yet he is out in the shop installing south bend clutchs. he does several south bends a week and folks come for miles to have clay do the install for them.

anyway, my expierience with clay and ken was enjoyable. thanks guys.

Diesel Performance of Utah!

Muddymess... . Nice post. I 'm glad to hear of your good experience with Ken and Clay. I also have had many good experiences with these guys and that's why I wanted to share their new partnership. I don't usually, endorse anyone, however, I do a lot of personal R & D on my truck. Those that know me, know I want the best products and services available. These guys are one of the best and will save you time and money, plus do it right the first time. I enjoy sharing my good experiences with vendors and products as well as some bad. I spend a lot of money each year on up-grades, trying this or that to see which is best for my set-up. My purpose in posting is to give other TDR members good advise, and not spend your hard earned money on things that don't work! :) :)

Wow!

clay started the clutch r and r and was done in about 2 hours

That is amazing that he can R&R a clutch in 2 hrs! Paying 2 hrs of labor vs. 7 hrs labor (@ shops in my area) sure must be nice... . Sure wish there was someone in the NW that could do a nice clutch job in 2 hrs. :D

Clay is one great tech. Watching him work is like efficiency in motion!!!!

You outa see him doing 24 valve injectors:eek:
