Beer is sold at the Coliseum. The lines are long.

There should be plenty of us TDR folks milling about. There was last year. I'll probably be there both nights.

Oh yeah, one thing I left out off the flier--"*** Classes, class order subject to change. " :p

I'll be there for sure on Friday. Hoping to return Saturday.

Is Nick or the other guy that was there last year pulling?

WHUT UP NICK?

You getting out of the game or building a new HOOKSTER?

See yall tonight. We don't close until 6, so It'll probably be 7 or so before we get in.

Somebuddy call me when the trucks line up--if'n I'm not there yet--if we can't make it in for the truck pulling, then I'll save my gate money.

I hope to see a lot of you tomorrow night. Can't make it out tonight because the Nashville Predators are playing at home. So, tomorrow night I will be there. Everyone be careful and have fun!

For those who didn't make it.

Wife and I sat down near the danger zone. Mark was IN the danger zone and got some mud flung on him.

5 Dodges and 1 Ford hooked. First two Doggies didn't get off the line--bogged out twice each.

Of course the 6. 0 didn't get off the line--bounced a little the first time and the really BOUNCED the second time--didn't come down the track. Then our "neighbor" in the stands started "WHOOPING" about that "MIGHTY POWER!" :-laf :-laf :-laf loud enough for the MC on the track to comment on it and get a laugh out of the crowd--even though there had been a "whoop" of approval when they announced the ford truck. :p

Mike got Second. YEEHAW MIKE! I don't know the names of the other two guys. Too cheap to buy a program--and I only see this caliber trucks... . well, once a year  .

While they did put a tarp on the sand, the sled shut 'em down about 20' shy. Did see a tractor fold his steering linkage in the sand. Came out with EXTREME toe in. Heard a few tractors lift to keep from busting their front-ends. Those were the ones slinging mud at us.

Sequential Turbocharged Monsters up for tonight!

Oh and beware the munchies at the beer stand.

$3 for M&M's :--) Real good ones they is.
