Southern Rams anti-freeze

While checking over my truck prior to going to Mi for the holidays. I checked the anti-freeze and it was only good to 10 degrees. I was raised in Mi and remember how cold it gets up there, just to be sure I drained out a gallon of the weak stuff and added a gallon of good stuff. If I remember right I'm good to -25 now. While up there it did drop to -10.
Glad to be back where it's warm, I'll take temps in the 40s over 15/20 anyday.

How in the heck do you guys ice fish? Must be awfull not being able to stand on a frozen lake and drink Schnapps and catch big fat trout! You haven't lived!

Ron we had about a 1/4 inch of ice in my bird bath the other day, does that count??

Thanks, the truck was great while up there, No problem with anything. I did have to wash it allot all the salt and crap from the road, after each wash I wiped the door seals down with wd 40. It was cold.
I had somewhere between 1000 and 1500 lbs in the back counting a four wheeler,luggage and Christmas STUFF. I took my time and drove it in two days. By the time I got home my blue truck was WHITE with salt. I plan on washing it again tomarrow. It is suppose to be warm 50/60 degrees. I still need to wash the under side better.
