Getting a little racial arn't we? How about blacks? Think they'd make good fuel? How 'bout Rush Limbaugh? I'm sure we could render a lot of fuel out of that fat piece of sh#t :-laf :-laf :-laf :-laf

Well, we gotta do SOMETHING! We are being overrun by Illegals. Might as well put them to good use! :D

Maybe Boy Clinton would donate some of his lard, and then too Hillary's thighs and rear-end could provide an endless supply of grease!

Spoken like a true christian.

Soybean Oil or other plant oil sources is the subject so can we please stay with that and leave the yucking and insults to the Politics forum?

Just a thought.

Yup. Thanks for that. I agree.

So... anybody know if refined soybean oil will foul up the injectors? I know raw soybean oil has various impurities in it which won't burn, but what about refined soybean oil?

Just started running b100 soybean oil. So far with half the tank gone no problems. Was running cottonseed oil but found out it is thicker than soybean and did not want to risk the Vp44.

I have posted before that after running b20 for 3 months that the truck was quieter, smoother, less smoke and definitely had more pep. It felt more responsive and I know what I have read about no gains in mileage but I have been watching mine at every fill up and still get the same results. I have gained 1mpg so far.

Keep in mind that I am not putting my foot into it, easy acceleration and I set the cruise on the highway at 62mph.

I posted a while back that my filter was real dirty the first time I changed it after 3k on bio and the filter was real dirty. Well I found out that cottonseed oil is dark in color so that explained the so called dirty filter, lol.

my experience with used soy, and would also apply to new probably. If you put a small amount of soy in a shallow dish and let the oil evaporate, which will take a few days, the remainder is a thick sticky goo that is most likely the triglicirides that will koke an engine. I am building a processer and have collected to date about 70 gal of oil. There is a lot of oil out there but also a big variety in quality. Burger joints seem to use an oil that comes in a block, looks like a big lock of lard. My source uses soy that comes in a 5 gal plastic container. If this process works out I will try and expand my quest for more oil. My biggest problem is time, filtering, and cleaning up my spills. got to build a better filter. I kinda want to throw up when I see the degenerates that supply our oil so sucking up to a local cooking joint actually makes me smile. Ride your *** osoma and live with sand fleas.

Racist?

Who said anything about race. rrausch spoke of ILLEGALS. I didn't know that was a race. Vans a little quick to play that card.
