Calling all Baltimore Area 2003 cummins owners! SP Diesel is getting ready to begin product development on plug in modules for the cummins motors. A little ECM reprogramming? That sounds awesome! I built a gas EFI system and reprogrammed a GM computer to run that-what a blast. Now if only I was in MD... .

AWW MAN!!! I wish that I was in that area. . I could definately use some ecm hacking. It seems like under WOT, I lose power at about 3k, and it won't shift until 3. 2K... I'm losing a second (at least) b/c of shift times...

SP Diesel- I believe that TST did some reprogramming of the early 98. 5 24 valve motors and got into trouble from Cummins. It seem the code is proprietary-I believe thats why everyone adds a computer box to the system.

If you read the first post in the thread he says the he wants to make plug in modules for the motors, not reprogram the PCM
