OK--this is what I've found out about programming these things--hope it helps--
1) to get into the program mode-hold the red button down and turn the ignition on or start the truck--I put a 3 position swith-ON w/ignition--OFF--ON always--so I just flick switch to ON always(constant power source) and can program with out turning the ignition on--you can use a 2 position switch--ON w/ignition & OFF, but your ignition switch will have to be ON or truck running for it to work)--You need to turn the power OFF after you have made a setting each time you make a setting--you can't make multiple settings--so you make a setting turn power OFF via the switch hold down red button & turn power back on and scroll forward to the next item to be set
2)BL-is just what the directions say
3)rtPE-this tells you the highest(maybe lowest, too, forgot to ask)temp or pressure your truck as gotten to at any one time and it stores this data for later retrieval(don't know about retrieval yet) Anyway you can set these #'s back to zero and they'll start keeping a new batch of PEAK #'s(this is good anytime you make a step up in the BOMB
4)Pr--set this to zero--
5)At-set to whatever interval you'd like your guage to make a reading--mine is set to . 5-you can set it up so that the #'s don't change as rapidly-your choice
6)LP-enter your lowest pressure that you'd like the guage to warn you--red light blinks and #'s flash upon reaching your set point
7)tb-set your high boost warning
8)ot-set your high temp warning
9) ignore all ELP-Etb-Et1-Eot-Et2-EFL settings unless you've added remote idiot lights-these are only for the ability to program your added on idiot lights
10)thr-set to 1000
11)Lb--I left it at the factory setting
12)uni-set to psi
13)dEg-set to F for fahrenheit
14)ran-set to 16(factory setting I think)
15)CAL--leave it alone
you should be good to go--remember everytime you make a setting you must turn the power OFF for it to be entered and then hold down red button and turn power on and scroll thru to the next item and program it
