SPA wiring questions

I've got a new boost/egt guage to install this weekend, and I was wondering: where is the best place to pick up a hot connection for the guage. I have a PE comp, so is it possible to hook on to the same terminal at the fuse panel, or do I need to find a different place? If so, where is the best place? (opinions welcome here)
