2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Spare Fuse

I'm sure someone has been there and done this. I would like to use the "spare" fuse on my 2001 for some added electrical items. It looks to me as though the only way to use this fuse is to get a wire to the back of the fuse junction block. Is there a trick to this or do I need to dismantle the entire lower drivers side panel?



Any help will be appreciated

It is a little tough to get to but you can get some access from the back
