2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Speaker replacement

I have searched the 2nd generation forum and did not fine what I am looking for. I want to upgrade the speakers in my truck and need to know what size they are front door and rear without having to remove them first. I had the standard raido with casette player. I am pretty sure it is not high end uint. I will be replacing the unit at the same time. I will be looking for good general mid-price speakers. Recommendations welcomed.

The stock size in the front doors are 6x9 and the rear are 6 1/2.

My factory rears are are 5 1/4. Tried 6 1/2 and they were too big.

Infinity and Polk's are great speakers and reasonable prices.



My 99 had 6x9's up front and 5-1/4's in the rear.
