SPECIAL: 0-35 psi Autometer Fuel Pressure Gauge

Okay guys, it is time to come together on this one. I spoke to Brett Littlefield at Autometer about the need for higher pressure fuel gauges, then what is currently available. He has consented to going to the expense of a special production of the "Ultralites", "Z" or the Chrome series gauges. The trick to it is having a minimum of 15 individuals sign up.

The specifics to the gauges are that these will be a special production and you will have to go directly to Autometer for them. You will have to use a 100-psi isolator (Autometer Part Number 5282), which is rated up to 200 psi. Cost is extremely reasonable at $57. 04 for the Ultralites, and $51. 56 for the "Z" series gauge. The price includes only the gauges and not the isolator, so go to JEGs, Summit, or your favorite vendor for isolator kit.

You can contact Brett Littlefield at (815) 895-8141, Extension 352 or email at -- email address removed -- with your order. We need maximum involvement here in 24 hours to get the ball rolling. I mentioned that I was a member of the TDR and he stated that he was waiting for that comment! He has spoken to many TDR members and stated that the TDR is a great asset to them in R& D and costumer feedback about their products. Therefore, lets live up to our reputation as a performance diesel group and overwhelm him with orders.

I sent my email for the "Cause".

One word of caution so to speak, don't let this process frustrate you. Its prolly going to be about 10 weeks before you see a gauge. Just keep working at it and rememeber this is a custom gauge. Been there done that :) ( 0 to 50 psi boost gauges)

Again

justme,

I tried to make this happen back in July. I hope you have better luck. I will Email Brett. I had contacted him in July. Look at this thread: https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20780

I finally ordered two 0-35 PSI Boost Z-Series gauges. I was going to take one apart and re-label it Fuel with a P-touch labeler. I like the style of the Z-Series because it matches the stock truck gauges.

Is the gauge you are talking about a re-label 0-35 PSI mechanical boost gauge #2616? If you can get enough response, I will buy the re-labeled gauge and have a new boost gauge for sale. Let me know if I can help.
