Special wrenches

looked all over TDR site and cant find what I need. Performing the EGR service dance (6. 7) in the driveway. The service manual and Genos instructions are quite clear on which screws to remove, only how to do it if accessable. Does anyone have pictures of wenches that were modified to loosen and remove the screws between the EGR cooler and head, the cast Y in front of the flex tube of the cooler. Theres no room to swing a wrench, and if a socket fits over the inside 15mm flange nut, any socket is too tall to allow for an extension too close for ratchet head as well. I've allocated a couple of casual days to get this done, but at this rate! Who knows??

Thanx in advance for light that maybe shed.

To take the cooler off remove the two nuts on the back of the cooler and take it out first then you can go in with a box wrench to get the inside nut on the front mount. Make since?

Yes it does! Forest for the trees type of thing on my part. First time digging into my first diesel, wanting to do it right and not screw it up, I guess I let all of the instructions remove my common sense.

Thanx,

Roger

I tried that as well but someone put it on tight enough that I was on the verge of rounding the nut. I went n7's method and everything came apart. Thanx for th einput tho'
