Speed Control Adj. Clip

I have a '92 Dodge W350 Diesel Automatic that needs the Adjustment Clip for the Speed Control Cable. I was originally told by a mechanic that the cable was discontinued, but upon further investigation, the cable is fine but the Adjustment Clip is gone. No clip, no cruise. Any suggestions or whereabouts of said Adjustment Clip would be greatly appreciated.
